Finding a way to repurpose fly fishing lines led me to weaving. This ancient skill has so much to teach. These runners are an exploration of the weaving tradition.

The fly lines used in these runners are upcycled from damaged or old fly lines. The idea behind this project is to turn waste material into inspirational, functional works of art.

Based out of the state of Washington, I weave these runners myself in my spare time. These are not mass produced, and each runner is a unique expression of the fly lines I incorporate.
